Three copper(II) coordination polymers, namely, [CuL(H2O)2]·4H2O}n(1), [CuL(H2O)(DMF)]n(2), and [CuL(2, 2′-bipy)(DMSO)]·DMSO (3) [H2L = 2, 2′-(4, 6-dinitro-1, 3-phenyl-enedioxy)diacetic acid] were synthesized in different solvents (H2O, DMF, and DMSO).
