In this article, a series of 29 new pyrimidineN‐acylhydrazonehybrids were synthesized and evaluated in vitro against Leishmania amazonensis and Trypanosoma cruzi protozoa that cause the neglected diseases cutaneous leishmaniasis and Chagas disease, respectively. Inhibitors of Wnt signaling pathway with structures of Formula I are disclosed, together with their pharmaceutical salts. Applications of compounds of Formula I in inhibiting or modulating the Wnt signaling pathway are also disclosed. Compounds of Formula I can treat disorders caused by aberrant activation of the Wnt signaling pathway.
