  The absolute configurations of (-)-trans-2-(o-bromophenyl)cyclohexanol (V), (+)-cis-2-(o-bromophenyl)cyclohexanol (VII), and (+)-cis-2-(o-bromophenyl)cyclohexylamine (X) have been chemically related to that of (2S)-(-)-2-(o-bromophenyl)-cyclohexanone (VI), whose absolute configuration can be reliably assigned from its optical rotatory dispersion and circular dichroism spectra.

  （-）-反式-2-（邻溴苯基）环己醇（V），（+）-顺式-2-（邻溴苯基）环己醇（VII）和（+）-顺式-2-（邻溴苯基）环己胺（X）与（2S）-（-）-2-（邻溴苯基）-环己酮（VI）的化学相关，其绝对构型可从其旋光色散和圆形可靠地确定二向色光谱。
