The synthesis of three pharmacologically interesting series of cyclopentane, indene-2 and fluorine-9-spiro-5′-oxazolidine-2′, 4′-dione is described. Based on the data from 1H and 13C nmr spectra, the main conformational features of the above mentioned compounds is established.
