Practical Synthesis of New β‐Diketone‐Connected Bipyridine and Its Conversion to Pyrazole‐Centered Bipyridine Ligand

2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐pyrazole (7) and 3,5‐bis(6‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐pyrazole (9), by reaction with hydrazine hydrate. These four compounds were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), electrospray ionization‐mass spectrum (ESI‐MS), infrared spectrum (IR), and elemental analyses. The structure of 9 was also determined by X‐ray diffraction.
摘要 两种新的多齿配体,1-(6-羟甲基-2-吡啶基)-3-(2-吡啶基)-丙烷-1,3-二酮 (6) 和 1,3-双(6-羟甲基-2-吡啶基) )-丙烷-1, 3-二酮 (8),以 2,6-吡啶二羧酸为原料,通过常规的酯化、还原和缩合反应合成。它们被进一步转化为两个新的多齿配体,3-(6-羟甲基-2-吡啶基)-5-(2-吡啶基)-1H-吡唑 (7) 和 3,5-双(6-羟甲基-2-吡啶基) )-1H-吡唑 (9),与水合肼反应。这四种化合物通过质子核磁共振 (1H NMR)、电喷雾电离质谱 (ESI-MS)、红外光谱 (IR) 和元素分析进行表征。9的结构也通过X射线衍射确定。
