An unprecedented MnI/AgI‐relay‐catalyzed C(sp2)−H/C(sp3)−H coupling of (vinyl)arenes with α‐diazoketones is reported, wherein the diazo group was exploited as a traceless auxiliary for control of regioselectivity.
