    使用 Lipozyme TL IM 催化剂在双相介质中合成脂肪羟肟酸衍生物,棕榈仁油溶于正己烷,羟胺衍生物溶于水:(1) N-甲基脂肪羟肟酸 (MFHAs);(2) N-异丙基脂肪羟肟酸 (IPFHAs) 和 (3) N-苄基脂肪羟肟酸 (BFHAs) 分别由棕榈仁油和 N-甲基羟胺 (N-MHA)、N-异丙基羟胺 (N-IPHA) 和 N-苄基羟胺 (N-BHA) 反应合成。最后,通过颜色测试、元素分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱和 1H-NMR 光谱对分离后的产品进行表征。为了获得最高的产品转化率,在其他反应参数保持不变的情况下,通过改变反应物的比例获得了最佳的反应物摩尔比。合成 MFHA 时,N-MHA/棕榈仁油的最佳摩尔比为 6/1,最高转化率为 77.8%;合成 IPFHA 时,N-IPHA/棕榈仁油的最佳摩尔比为 7/1,最高转化率为 65.4%;合成 BFHA 时,N-BHA/棕榈仁油的最佳摩尔比为 7/1,最高转化率为 61.7%。

    There are disclosed compositions comprising peroxygen containing bleach systems containing a bleach stabilizing amount of compound represented by the formula wherein R is selected from the group consisting of optionally substituted straight and branched chained alkyl C₁-₂₁, alkenyl C₁-₂₁, hydrogen, and optionally substituted phenyl groups, and wherein each R˝ is independently selected from groups consisting of hydrogen, alkyl C₁-₂₁ and alkenyl C₁-₂₁, provided that the total number of carbons in both R˝ groups is not greater than 21, each X is independently selected from hydrogen and SO₃ and Z is selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, alkoxy C₁-5 and alkenoxy C₁-₅, -O⁻M⁺, -NR₂‴ wherein each R‴ is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl C₁-₅ or alkenyl C₁-₅, and R′ is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, optionally substituted straight and branched chained alkyl C₁-₂₁, alkenyl C₁-₂₁ and an optionally substituted phenyl group, provided only one of R and R′ is hydrogen said stabilizer having a hydrophile-lipophile (HLB) balance within the same range as the HLB of said compounds wherein R is an unsubstituted C₁-₂₁ alkyl group and R′ is hydrogen or an unsubstituted C₁-₆ alkyl group, M is selected from hydrogen and a non-­interfering cation, and further provided that when M⁺ represents hydrogen and the composition contains a detergent active agent, the bleaching agent is selected from an inorganic peroxy compounds and bleach activator combination or an organic peroxy acid.

    A detergent composition which is a bleach-free, under-built composition containing at least one surfactant and having a sequestration value such that an aqueous solution containing 7000 ppm of the detergent composition sequesters a maximum of 30 mg CaO per gram of detergent composition at 20°C, is characterised in that the composition contains a hydroxamic acid or a salt thereof, the hydroxamic acid having the formula R--R′ where R represents an optionally substituted straight- or branched chain C₅₋₂₁ alkyl or C₅₋₂₁ alkenyl group or an optionally-­substituted phenyl group, and R′ represents hydrogen, an optionally substituted C₁₋₆ alkyl group, or an optionally-­substituted phenyl group, but with the limitation that the hydroxamic acid has a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) within the same range as the range of HLB's of hydroxamic acids of the above formula wherein R is an unsubstituted C₅₋₂₁ alkyl group and R′ is hydrogen or an unsubstituted C₁₋₆ alkyl group. Typical hydroxamic acids are dodecanohydroxamic acid and N-methyl dodecanohydroxamic acid.

    The present invention is directed to cosmetic compositions comprising a compound of the general formula (I) wherein L is hydrogen, branched alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, hy­droxyl, OR, HO-(CH2-CH2-O)n, HO-(CH2-O)n, HO-(CH2-CH2-CH2-O)n, HO­(CH2-CH(CH3)-O)n, HO-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)n, NR4R5, C(O)NR6R7, with R being C1-4-alkyl or C2-18-alkanoyl; n being an integer from 1 to 8; R4, R5, R6 and R7 being independently from each other hydrogen or C1-18-alkyl; R1 is alkylene, alkenylene or alkinylene, optionally substituted with one or more methyl or ethyl groups; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl; and R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, or a cosmetically acceptable cation; and a carrier conventionally used in cosmetic compositions. The compositions preferably comprise additionally a retinoid. The present invention concerns further inter alia the use of such compositions for the treatment or prevention of any symptoms caused by negative developments of the physiological homeostasis of healthy skin, as wel as for the promotion of hair growth and protection from hair loss.
