Polymer supported ferric chloride catalyst is prepared and characterized by IR, SEM, TEM, EDS, TGA, ICP-MS and XRD. The heterogenized Lewis acid catalyst was found to efficiently promote three component Biginelli reaction, where the 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2(1H)-ones/thiones were efficiently synthesized from urea/thiourea. The catalyst was found to be quite robust for this reaction with very less leaching
摘要 制备了聚合物负载三氯化铁催化剂,并通过IR、SEM、TEM、EDS、TGA、ICP-MS和XRD进行了表征。研究发现多相路易斯酸催化剂可以有效促进三组分Biginelli反应,其中3,4-二氢嘧啶-2( 1H )-酮/硫酮可以从尿素/硫脲有效合成。发现该催化剂对于该反应非常稳定,观察到的金属浸出非常少,因此可以有效地回收利用。人们发现该催化剂可有效用于多种用途,从而确立了其在这一重要反应中的可重复使用性。 图形概要
