  A shaped article of synthetic resins, such as polydiethylene glycol bisallylcarbonate, is coated with the following coating composition and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays, whereby the coating composition deposited on the shaped article is cured to form a coating film having an excellent abrasion resistance, surface smoothness, adhesion to the substrate resin, flexibility, heat resistance, solvent resistance and durability. The coating composition comprised of (a) a mixture of, based on the weight of the mixture, (i) 25 - 99.95 wt.% of at least one polyfunctional monomer having at least three acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy groups, (ii) 0 - 50 wt.% of at least one mono- or bi-functional monomer having one or two polymerizable unsaturated groups and (iii) 0.05 - 25 wt.% of at least one organic acid which has at least one halogen substituent (fluorine, chlorine or bromine) and which is liquid at normal temperature and pressure, and (b) 0.01 - 10 wt. parts, based on 100 wt. parts of said mixture, of a photosensitizer. The coating compositon may contain 0.05 - 25 wt.% of at least one compound having an acrylamide or methacrylamide group and a hydroxyl group or groups.

  The claimed pharmaceutical product is obtained by interaction between a selenium-containing compound with alpha, alpha-dichlorocarboxylic acid, stabilized by nutric acid with the amount of nitric acid not exceeding 5 pts. wt., preferably 1-3 pts. As a selenium-containing compound the solution of the selenious acid in the amount of no more than 20 pts. wt., preferably 0.5-10.0 pts. wt. is used during the interaction. The product can also contain additional 5-20% of dimethylsulfoxide. The production process of the pharmaceutical product is carried out by interaction between a selenium-containing compound with alpha, alpha-dichlorocarboxylic acid, stabilized by nutric acid with the amount of nitric acid not exceeding 5 pts. wt., preferably 1-3 pts., and as a selenium-containing compound the solution of the selenious acid in the amount of no more than 20 pts. wt., preferably 0.5-10.0 pts. wt. is used during the interaction, which is carried out at the temperature not exceeding 70° C., preferably at 20-30° C. The pharmaceutical product used for the treatment of benign, viral, pre-malignant and malignant non-metastatic skin lesions, dysplastic lesions of visible mucous coats and other skin lesions, should be applied to the lesion focus on days 1, 2-3, 7-9 and 22-24 of a treatment.

  The present disclosure relates to the new method of producing of the stable selenium-comprising pharmaceutical compositions with a high selenium level based on the mixing of nitric acid with therapeutically effective amounts of at least two active ingredients selected from the groups consisting of 2,2-dichlorocarboxylic acids, selenium-containing compound. As a selenium-containing compound the aqueous solution of selenious acid in the amount of no more than 20%, preferably 0.5-10.0%, is used. The group of 2,2-dichlorocarboxylic acids consists 2,2-dichloropropionic acid and their homologes The chemical process is carried out by adding of the concentrated nitric acid in amount of 1.0-5.0% into 2,2-dichlorocarboxylic acid purity of at least 98.5% and completing the redox-interaction under the isothermal conditions at a temperature not higher than 70° C., preferably at 20-30° C., and then an aqueous solution of the selenious acid in an amount of not more than 20.0% (and the other components if it is necessary) is added to form the result pharmaceutical product solution. The product can also contain additional 5-20% of dimethylsulfoxide. The claimed pharmaceutical product is useful for the treating of benign, viral, premalignant, and malignant non-metastasizing skin lesions, of dysplastic lesions of visible mucous coats, fungous and other skin diseases.
