  据报道，二苯胺衍生物具有良好的杀真菌，杀虫，杀螨，灭鼠和/或除草活性。为了找到这种新的先导化合物，通过中间衍生化方法设计并合成了一系列新型的二苯胺衍生物。所有化合物均通过1 H NMR和元素分析鉴定。生物测定表明，某些在苯环B的2,4,6-位置或2,4,5-位置取代的化合物表现出出色的杀真菌活性。最佳化合物P30和P33分别对12.5 mg L -1的黄瓜霜霉病具有80％和85％的防治效果，对0.3 mg L -1的稻瘟病均具有100％的防治效果。并且在0.9mg L -1时都100％防治黄瓜灰霉病。还讨论了结构与杀真菌活性之间的关系。
