  The reactivity of stable silylated N-phenyl ketenimines towards some nucleophilic (organometallics, alcohols, thiols) and electrophilic reagents (PhSCI) were studied. Imino-coumarines (via tandem nucleophilic-electrophilic additions with Peterson olefination) and new phenylthio- and silyl-substituted ketenimines have been prepared.
