(Trimethylsilyl)ethyl 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside and (trimethylsilyl)ethyl 2,3,6-tri-O-acetyl-4-O-(2,3,6-tri-O-acetyl-4-O-[2-acetamido-4,6-di-O-ace tyl-2- deoxy-3-O-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-galactopyranosyl)-beta-D- galactopyranosyl]-beta-D-galactopyranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside have been transformed in high yield into the corresponding 1-O-beta-acyl saccharides by treatment
2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷和(三甲基硅烷基)乙基2,3,6-三-O-乙酰基-4-O-(2,3,6 -三-O-乙酰基-4-O- [2-乙酰氨基-4,6-二-O-乙酰基-2-脱氧-3-O-(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基- β-D-吡喃半乳糖基)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基)-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷已通过用多种羧酸酐处理而高产率地转化为相应的1-O-β-酰基糖。在甲苯中存在三氟化硼-乙醚。通过用N,N-双[2-氧代-3-恶唑烷二基]处理,由相应的羧酸合成羧酸酐(4-戊烯酸,2-环戊烯基乙酸酐,2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸酯和2-甲氧基苯甲酸酐)。磷二酰氯。
