Synthesis and photodynamic activities of novel silicon(<scp>iv</scp>) phthalocyanines axially substituted with water soluble groups against HeLa cancer cell line
In this study, compounds 1 and 2, and their silicon(IV) phthalocyanine (SiPc) derivatives 3 and 4, which bear these ligands as substituents on the axial positions were synthesized. These SiPcs (3 and 4) were also converted to their water soluble derivatives (3a and 4a).
