Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing

制备方法与用途

用途

3,6-二氢-2H-噻喃-4-硼酸频哪醇酯是一种有机中间体,可用于Suzuki金属偶联反应。

制备

第一步: 将四氢吡/噻喃-4-酮、对甲苯磺酰肼和乙醇混合后加热回流反应。待反应完毕后蒸干溶剂,加入有机碱和二氯甲烷,滴加NBS溶液,检测反应完全后,加入盐酸水溶液淬灭,分出有机层,常压蒸干溶剂,加入环丁砜减压蒸馏得到烯基溴中间体,GC含量在98%以上,收率73-78%。

第二步: 向金属镁和无水醚溶剂中滴入碘甲烷引发后开始滴加烯基溴,反应完毕回流得到格氏试剂。接着滴加入硼酸三甲酯,反应完全后加入盐酸水溶液淬灭,有机层加入乙酸乙酯和二醇,室温搅拌至反应完全,有机层用饱和食盐水洗,蒸干溶剂,加入正庚烷冷却至-10℃过滤得到固体3,6-二氢-2H-噻喃-4-硼酸频哪醇酯。该产物经GC和HNMR检测含量在98%以上,收率62-66%。
