Microwave Assisted Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Some Novel Hydrazones Containing Pyridine Moiety

A series of novel hydrazone derivatives containing pyridine moiety were designed and synthesized from 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine as starting materials under microwave irradiation, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The biological activity of title compounds was determined. The results indicated that some of title compounds exhibited good antifungal
以2,3-二氯-5-(三氟甲基)吡啶为原料,以微波为原料,设计合成了一系列含吡啶部分的衍生物,并通过1 H NMR,MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。测定了标题化合物的生物活性。结果表明一些标题化合物表现出良好的抗真菌活性。
