Evaluation of Volatility and Thermal Stability in Monomeric and Dimeric Lanthanide(III) Complexes Containing Enaminolate Ligands

anhydrous lanthanide(III) chlorides afforded the complexes Ln(L1)3(L1H) (Ln = Pr, Er, Y), Ln(L1)3 (Ln = Pr, Er, Lu, Y), [Nd(L1)3]2, [La(L2)3]2, and Ln(L3)3 (Ln = La, Pr, Nd, Er, Lu, Y) in 30–56% yields after crystallization from a solvent or sublimation.
