Herein, we report an alternative synthetic route to 4‐[(1H,3H)‐pyrimidine‐2,4‐dion‐1‐yl]‐1,6‐heptadiene and 4‐[(1H,3H)‐5‐methylpyrimidine‐2,4‐dion‐1‐yl]‐1,6‐heptadiene via building the pyrimidine ring utilizing 4‐isocyanato‐1,6‐heptadiene intermediate.
摘要 含有核酸碱基的庚二烯是合成碳环寡核苷酸类似物的重要组成部分。在此,我们报告了 4-[(1H,3H)-pyrimidine-2,4-dion-1-yl]-1,6-庚二烯和 4-[(1H,3H)-5-methylpyrimidine-的替代合成路线2,4-dion-1-yl]-1,6-庚二烯通过利用4-异氰酸根合-1,6-庚二烯中间体构建嘧啶环。
