A series of highly active fluorinated anthranilic diamide insecticides have been prepared and their biological activity assessed on two aphid species in the search for systemically active compounds that control Hemiptera. In addition, we have demonstrated a new synthesis of N-aryl 3-fluoropyrazoles. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
Design, Synthesis and Antiproliferative Activity of Novel Benzothiazole Derivatives Conjugated with Semicarbazone Scaffold
Two series of novel benzothiazole derivatives conjugated with semicarbazone scaffold were designed and synthesized through a structure-based molecular hybridization strategy. All the target compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity in vitro against three cancer cell lines (HT-29, MKN-45 and H460) by standard MTT assay.
