    The present invention provides a negative photosensitive resin composition that has high pigment dispersibility and stability and can reduce residues of unexposed portions during development. The present invention provides a negative photosensitive resin composition containing an (A) alkali-soluble resin, a (B) dispersant having an amine value exceeding 0, a (C) benzofuranone based organic pigment having an amide structure, a (D) radical polymerizable compound, and a (E) photoinitiator. In this negative photosensitive resin composition, the (A) alkali-soluble resin contains one or more selected from the group consisting of a (A1) polyimide, a (A2) polyimide precursor, a (A3) polybenzoxazole, and a (A4) polybenzoxazole precursor, and the (B) dispersant having an amine value exceeding 0 contains a (B1) dispersant including a repeating unit represented by general formula (2) and a repeating unit represented by general formula (3) and a (B2) dispersant that is an acrylic block copolymer having an amine value of 15 to 60 mgKOH/g and/or a (B3) dispersant having a urethane bond. (In general formula (2), R 1 represents an alkylene group. R 2 and R 3 , which may be the same or different, each represents hydrogen, an alkyl group or a hydroxyl group. x represents an integer of 0 to 20.     There is disclosed a novel production process for a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate in which: the diffusion of harmful substances due to disposal of catalysts can be reduced; and also the amount of the catalyst as used can be greatly saved in the entire production process. This production process comprises the step of carrying out a reaction between (meth)acrylic acid and an alkylene oxide in the presence of a catalyst in order to produce the hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate; with the production process being characterized by further comprising the step of recovering the catalyst as has been used for the reaction.

    A method of manufacturing a polylactic acid resin injection molded article, having the step (1): a step of melt-kneading a polylactic acid resin composition containing a polylactic acid resin and a specified organic crystal nucleus agent, while contacting the composition with a supercritical fluid; and step (2): a step of filling the melted product obtained in step (1) in a die to mold with injection-molding. The manufacturing method of the present invention is used as an advantageous technique as compared with the technique of achieving satisfactory moldability by the addition of plasticizer in the field, for example, which requires a polylactic acid resin molded article having high rigidity.

    A method for producing a resin composition, including the steps of melt-kneading a raw material A containing a polylactic acid resin, a crystal nucleating agent, and a plasticizer containing an ester compound formed between a polycarboxylic acid having a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms and a mono-alcohol having a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, to prepare a polylactic acid-containing melt-kneaded mixture having a relative crystallinity of 70% or more (step A); and further melt-kneading the polylactic acid-containing melt-kneaded mixture obtained by the step A and a raw material B containing a polypropylene resin and a compatibilizing agent (step B). The resin composition obtainable by the method of the present invention can be suitably used in various industrial applications, such as daily sundries, household electric appliance parts, and automobile parts.
