    The release of a moulded concrete body from the mould can be improved by applying to the mould an effective amount of a concrete release composition comprising one or more oily esters of aliphatic carboxylic acids with mono- or dihydric alcohols, with a melting point of at the most 35°C, the total number of carbon atoms in the esters being 8-46, in an amount of 26-100% by weight, calculated on the total composition, optionally in admixture with other additives such as mineral oils, vegetable oils, glycols, glycol ethers, alkanols, emulsifiers and/or water.

    The present invention features an isolated nucleic acid encoding a mutant Candida rugosa lipase, wherein the mutant nucleic acid is 80% identical to a wilt-type DNA encoding a Candida rugosa lipase, and where at least 12 of the CTG codons, corresponding to serine in the wild-type DNA, have been replaced by a universal serine codon. The Candida rugosa lipase can be lipase 1,2,3,5 or 8.

    An exemplary method for set retarding the surface of a mortar or concrete material, comprising applying to the surface of a mortar or concrete, or to the inner surface of a mold for forming the mortar or concrete, a non-petroleum based hot melt coating composition which is heated to assume a flowable or sprayable form, and allowing the hot melt coating composition to cool to ambient temperature whereby the composition forms a solidified membrane, and thereafter removing the membrane using pressurized water. Preferably, the hot melt coating composition contains at least one agent operative to retard the setting of the mortar or concrete, and optional finely divided particulate materials, light-reflective pigments, or mixtures thereof.

    A resin composition comprising: a polymer (1) whose enthalpy of fusion (ΔH) observed within a temperature range of 10°C or higher and lower than 60°C in differential scanning calorimetry is 30 J/g or more; and a low-molecular-weight compound (3) whose enthalpy of fusion (ΔH) observed within a temperature range of 0°C or higher and lower than 100°C in differential scanning calorimetry is 30 J/g or more and whose molecular weight is 2000 or lower, wherein a content of the low-molecular-weight compound (3) is 3 parts by weight or more and 1000 parts by weight or less, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of polymer components contained in the resin composition except the low-molecular-weight compound (3) which is a polymer.
