    Control of the surface structure of titanium dioxide thin film photocatalysts was successfully carried out by a polymer-doped dip-coating process. The thin films prepared were either transparent or opaque, depending on the molecular weight of the polymer doped. All the thin film photocatalysts had anatase form with similar crystallinity. The surface of the transparent thin films looked plain consisting of uniformly aggregated nanometer-size TiO2 particles, while the opaque thin films were formed of cubic crystalline TiO2 at the micrometer level. Both the transparent and opaque films showed catalytic activity for the elimination of NOx in air. The specific surface area and photocatalytic activity of the transparent thin film was almost the same as that of the opaque one. The activity of the thin films was almost equal to the commercial photocatalyst P25. Decrease in the film thickness led to a decrease of the elimination of NO in air by the thin films. The thin films were porous and the surface area was dependent on the film thickness. Adsorbed NO was photooxidized to NO2 by the thin films, while the NO2 formed was re-photooxidized to HNO3 before the desorption of NO2 from the film surface. (C) 1998 Kluwer Academic Publishers.

    本发明涉及药物合成的技术领域,尤其涉及一种托法替尼的制备方法,具体包括以2‑氯‑3‑氨基‑4‑甲基吡啶为原料,经过催化加氢、乙酰化反应后,与氯化苄生成季铵盐,经还原、水解、还原胺化,生成中间体N‑苄基‑3‑甲氨基‑4‑甲基哌啶,经过拆分后,与4‑氯‑7‑对甲苯磺酰基‑7H‑吡咯并[2,3‑d]嘧啶缩合,经脱保护、脱苄基后,得到托法替尼。本制备方法中所使用原料和试剂,使得原材料成本低廉;工艺路线中反应条件温和,使得能耗较少,各步反应中生成的副产物少,使得中间体及最终产品的纯度好、收率高,因此该制备方法适于工业化生产。水解反应、还原胺化反应及缩合反应的产物可以不经过纯化直接进入下一步反应,在工业化连续生产中,减少了工艺步骤,提高了生产效率。

    The present invention provides a new class of compounds useful for the modulation of beta-secretase enzyme (BACE) activity. The compounds have a general Formula I: wherein variables A 4 , A 5 , A 6 , A 8 , each of R 1 and R 2 , R 3 and R 7 of Formula I, independently, are defined herein. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, and corresponding uses of the compounds and compositions for treatment of disorders and/or conditions related to A-beta plaque formation and deposition, resulting from the biological activity of BACE. Such BACE mediated disorders include, for example, Alzheimer's Disease, cognitive deficits, cognitive impairments, schizophrenia and other central nervous system conditions. The invention further provides compounds of Formulas II and III, and sub-formula embodiments thereof, intermediates and processes and methods useful for the preparation of compounds of Formulas I-III.

    The rhodium(II)-catalyzed three-component reaction of diazoacetates, titanium alkoxides and aldehydes is shown to give alpha-alkoxyl-beta-hydroxyl acid derivatives; the novel C-C bond formation reaction is proposed to occur through oxonium ylides derived from diazo compounds and titanium alkoxides, and followed by intermolecular trapping by aldehydes.

    Ti6O6(MDEA)6·2CH2Cl2 (MDEA = N-methyldiethoxoamine) was obtained by the controlled hydrolysis of the Ti(MDEA)2 complex and analysed by X-ray diffraction. The compound consists of a ring of six [TiO5N] octahedra, edge bridged by μ2-oxide and a μ2-alkoxide arm of the aminoalkoxide ligand.
