A no-post-cure method of curing polyacrylates having dual cure sites is accomplished with a two-part curing system or a combined one-part curing system. The two-part curing system consists of one or more metallic acid salts and an ammonium and/or phosphonium quaternary salt. The one-part curing system consists of an ammonium or phosphonium quaternary acid salt. The polyacrylate rubber must have both a halogen and a carboxyl cure site. The method consists of blending the curative with the polyacrylate rubber and heating the resultant composition until the composition cures. Because the mixed composition is shelf stable, it is not necessary to immediately heat the composition to cure it. The method may optionally include the step of storing the mixed composition until it is desired to cure it.
A dual cure site polyacrylate polymer is provided which utilizes an aliphatic or aryl substituted urea or thiourea as a retarder to inhibit scorch during processing. While the polymer utilizes a retarder, compression set characteristics are not harmed and in fact may be enhanced by the use of the retarder.
To provide a fluorine-containing resin molded article surface-modified by irradiating, onto a surface thereof, a laser beam having a wavelength of 150 to 370 nm through a basic solution, preferably an aqueous basic solution. The surface-modified fluorine-containing resin molded article is excellent in adhesion to not only organic materials but also metals.

Highly versatile composite fine particles that can coexist with a wide variety of other components, a dispersion thereof, and a method of producing such a dispersion. Furthermore, by using these composite fine particles, there are also provided a high-quality ink jet recording material and a method of producing this ink jet recording material. Composite fine particles, which include cationic fine particles that exhibit a positive zeta potential when dispersed within water to form a dispersion and an anionic compound that is supported on the surface of the cationic fine particles, wherein the composite fine particles exhibit a negative zeta potential when dispersed within water to form a dispersion, are added to the coating layer of an ink jet recording material.
