    superoxide (O2(*-)) was investigated in acetonitrile using both electron spin resonance (ESR) and electrochemical techniques. The formation of phenoxyl radical was observed during the reaction of probucol with O2(*-) by ESR spectroscopy.     It is an object of the present invention to provide a bisbenzoxazinone compound which does not substantially contain an alkali metal salt, has high purity and provides a resin composition having excellent resistance to hydrolysis when it is contained in a resin, a production method thereof, and a resin composition comprising the compound. The present invention is a bisbenzoxazinone compound represented by the following formula (4): (R 1 and R 2 are each independently a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or the like), and has (i) a purity of 98% or more, (ii) a content of a compound represented by the following formula (7) of less than 0.15 wt %: (iii) a maximum peak in the measurement of the light reflectance at a visible range of its powder at 380 to 480 nm and a maximum light reflectance of 100 to 120%, (iv) a metal sodium content of less than 50 ppm and (v) a YI value of −10 to 10.

    Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent impact strength, molding residence stability, and dry heat resistance and that maintains high total light transmittance while suppressing light transmittance in a specific ultraviolet region, that is, harmful wavelengths near 420 nm. The polycarbonate resin composition of the present disclosure includes 0.1-1.5 mass part of an additive (B) per 100 mass parts of a polycarbonate resin (A) having a viscosity average molecular weight of 21,000-26,000 and includes 0.2 mass part or more of an ultraviolet absorber (B1) having a benzotriazole skeleton represented by formula 1 as the additive (B): In formula 1, R 1 -R 5 each independently represent any of a hydrogen atom, a C1-20 hydrocarbon group, and a hydroxyl group, and the hydrocarbon group(s) may include an oxygen-containing group; R 6 -R 9 each independently represent any of a hydrogen atom or a sulfur-containing group represented by R—S—, and at least one of R 6 -R 9 is a sulfur-containing group represented by R—S—; and R is a C1-24 hydrocarbon group or a C6-24 aromatic group in which a hydrogen atom may be substituted by a C1-18 alkyl group.

    A regenerated resin composition comprising (I) a molded article pulverized material (Component A) that satisfies conditions (1) that the molded article pulverized material is a pulverized material of a molded article having an aromatic polycarbonate resin content of 30 to 98 % by weight, (2) that the pulverized material has a viscosity average molecular weight of 17,000 to 30,000, and (3) that the pulverized material has a wet heat retention ratio of at least 60 %, and (II) an aromatic polycarbonate resin (Component B). According to the present invention, there is provided a regenerated resin composition that comprises a pulverized material from a molded article made of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and that is excellent in the property of retaining physical properties for a long period of time and excellent in mechanical strength.
