Synthesis of Bis-Strychnos Alkaloids (–)-Sungucine, (–)-Isosungucine, and (–)-Strychnogucine B from (–)-Strychnine

It was developed a concise synthetic route resulting in the first syntheses of bis-Strychnos alkaloids (–)-sungucine, (–)-isosungucine, and (–)-strychnogucine B from commercially available (–)-strychnine.
