  (EN) The transition metal-catalysed amination of aryl halides, in conjunction with an orthogonal protective group scheme, forms the basis of two routes to oligoaniline precursors. The oligoaniline precursors are soluble in a variety of common organic solvents, and are easily converted to the deprotected oligoanilines. The method allows the preparation of oligoanilines of even or odd chain lengths, and the incorporation of a variety of functional groups into the oligomers. Polyanilines of low polydispersity can also be prepared by this method.(FR) L'amination de d'halogénures d'aryle catalysée par des métaux de transition associée à un schéma de groupe protecteur orthogonal constitue la base de deux voies vers des précurseurs d'oligoaniline. Lesdits précurseurs, solubles dans divers solvants organiques courants, se convertissent facilement en oligoanilines déprotégées. Le procédé permet de préparer des oligoanilines à longueurs de chaînes paires ou impaires et d'incorporer divers groupes fonctionnels dans les oligomères; il permet également de préparer des polyanilines à faible polydispersité.

  The present invention relates to novel compounds, the preparation and use, particularly therapeutic, thereof. More specifically, it relates to compounds derived from aryl carbamates, the preparation and use thereof, particularly in the field of human and animal health. The compounds according to the invention are preferably 5-HT 4 serotoninergic receptor ligands and can therefore be used in the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of any disorder involving a 5-HT 4 receptor. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, the preparation and use thereof and treatment methods using said compounds.
