  核果褐腐病是一种由子囊菌引起的病害，给农业造成了重大损失。为了探索和发现潜在的杀菌剂，基于酰胺骨架设计合成了31种新型含哌嗪结构的扁桃酸衍生物。其中，目标化合物具有明显的抗真菌活性，EC值为11.8 mg/L，浓度为200 mg/L时对采后梨有显着的抑制作用（保护活性79.4%，治疗活性70.5%）。根据三维定量构效关系（3D-QSAR）分析，发现分子结构中基团的大空间位阻和哌嗪的电负性显着提高了目标化合物的抗真菌活性。进一步的机制研究表明，该化合物可以破坏细胞膜的完整性，导致膜通透性增加，细胞内电解质释放，影响菌丝的正常生长。另外，形态学研究还表明，可能通过诱导产生过量的内源性活性氧（ROS）并导致细胞脂质过氧化而破坏细胞膜的完整性，并通过丙二醛（MDA）含量的检测进一步验证了这一点。这些研究为开发新型杀菌剂来预防核果褐腐病提供了基础。
