A load bearing article fabricated from the reaction of reactants comprising
(i) a polyisocyanate,
(ii) an active hydrogen-containing compound having an average functionality of at least 2.0, and
(iii) a slip agent compound containing a moiety which imparts lubricity to said article, said slip agent compound also having at least one active hydrogen-containing group which is reactive with isocyanate groups, said slip agent compound being present in an amount between about 0.5 and about 5 weight percent based on the weight of (i) and (ii),
the ratio of (i) to the total of (ii) plus (iii) being such that the reaction is conducted at an isocyanate index between about 0.90 and about 1.30.
