A highly diastereoselective and enantioselectiveBrønstedacidcatalyzedreductive condensation of N−H imines was developed. This reaction is catalyzed by a chiral disulfonimide (DSI), uses Hantzsch esters as a hydrogen source, and delivers useful C2‐symmetric secondary amines.

NH Ketimines were prepared from various ketones and ammonia usingtitaniumtetrachloride and were used to form resin-bound ketimines via transimination. They were applied to the solid phase synthesis of hydantoins 1 with four substituent variations using two other building blocks (amino acids and isocyanates). The desired products were obtained with high purity in moderate to good yield in 5 steps
