cleavage reactions of chiral allylic cyclic carbonates with ammonium formate afforded optically active (E)-allylic alcohols with excellent regioselectivity. Alternatively, hydrogenolysis of propargylic cyclic carbonates in the presence of RuH2(PPh3)4 catalyst afforded allenic alcohols as a sole products.
摘要 RuH2(PPh3)4 催化手性烯丙基环状碳酸酯与甲酸铵的还原裂解反应得到具有优异区域选择性的旋光 (E)-烯丙醇。或者,在RuH2(PPh3)4 催化剂存在下,炔丙基环状碳酸酯的氢解得到作为唯一产物的丙二烯醇。
