The 2‐(neopentylsulfinyl)aniline‐promoted rapid palladium‐catalyzed C–H acetoxylation and alkenylation of arylacetamides is reported. In the alkenylation, easily available cyclopropanols were employed as a source of functionalized vinyl ketones.
