山梨醇作为一种低成本的糖基化学品,近年来在环氧树脂领域的报道较少。鉴于其环氧单体的低粘度特性,通过无溶剂绿色固化工艺制备先进的树脂体系具有重要意义。众所周知,现有的阻燃网络大多含有有机磷阻燃剂。为了获得优异的阻燃效果,在树脂基体中添加了大量的磷。这样一来,除了加剧有机磷的迁移外,其热稳定性和相变温度也进一步降低,从而在一定程度上削弱了材料的热性能。为了克服这些问题,我们在山梨醇基环氧树脂中引入超低量的磷以实现高效阻燃。结果发现,引入0.55 P wt%量的EP-DOPO可以达到UL94-V0级阻燃效果。与其他含磷阻燃剂不同,反应型EP-DOPO有利于热稳定性和相变温度的提高,同时也有效避免了磷的迁移。
