  用有机锂试剂处理八氟环戊烯可以以高到高的产率得到相应的对称的二取代的全氟环戊烯。与格氏试剂的反应产生了单取代的全氟环戊烯，使用另一种格氏试剂或芳基锂试剂对该单取代的全氟环戊烯进行进一步的亲核取代反应，可以高收率获得不对称的二取代的全氟环戊烯。
