A facile synthesis for 1-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)adamantane, based on fluorination of 3-hydroxyadamantane-1-carboxylic acid, was developed. Its synthetic potentialities for preparation of (trifluoromethyl)adamantane derivatives containing diverse functional groups (acids, amines, etc.) in a bridgehead position, were disclosed.
基于3-羟基金刚烷-1-羧酸的氟化,开发了一种易于合成的1-氟-3-(三氟甲基)金刚烷。公开了其用于制备在桥头位置含有各种官能团(酸,胺等)的(三氟甲基)金刚烷衍生物的合成潜力。
