The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-curable resin composition for an optical disk containing a sulfur-containing compound (A) represented by the following formula (1):
(wherein, R1 and R2 each dependently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkyloxy group, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a carboxy group, an alkylthio ether group or a halogen atom)
a photopolymerizable compound (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C), and an optical disk having a thin film of the cured product of said resin composition, particularly an optical disk having a reflective film comprising silver or a silver alloy; and said optical disk is prevented from changing the properties of its reflective film comprising silver or a silver alloy, and thus has a higher durability.
