We reported herein an electrochemically reductive alkylation, allylation and propargylation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with haloalkanes. In an undivided cell, treatment of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones and alkyl halides with constant current, a wide range of 3-alkylated-3,4-dihydroquinoxalin-2(1H)-one and its derivatives can be isolated in 25–87% yields.
我们在此报道了喹喔啉-2(1 H )-酮与卤代烷的电化学还原烷基化、烯丙基化和炔丙基化反应。在未分隔的细胞中,恒流处理喹喔啉-2(1 H )-酮和卤代烷,可分离出多种 3-烷基化-3,4-二氢喹喔啉-2(1 H )-酮及其衍生物收益率为 25–87%。
