    본 발명은 자외선을 흡수함과 동시에 반응기을 가지고 있는 형광 색소의 합성 및 이를 이용해 제작된 형광 아크릴 시트에 관한 것으로 내광성이 크게 향상된 형광 아크릴 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 사용된 형광 색소는 410nm 이하의 영역을 완벽히 흡수하는 나프탈이미드 계열 화합물과 공유결합되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 아크릴 모노머와 공중합될 수 있는 반응기를 가지고 있으므로 형광 색소가 아크릴 고분자 사슬에 화학결합된 형태로 존재 가능하여 형광 아크릴 시트의 문제점인 변색 현상이 현저히 개선된 고내구성 형광 아크릴 시트가 제공된다. 일반적으로 UV 흡수제는 형광 염료 대비 10 내지 50배 또는 그 이상 투입해야 하는데 반해, 본 발명에서는 UV 영역을 차단하는 화합물이 형광 색소와 1:1 비율로 공유 결합되어 있으므로 UV 흡수제의 투입량을 최소화해도 우수한 내광 특성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, UV 흡수제가 석출되거나 이동하는 현상을 억제 할 수 있어, 우수한 품질의 형광 아크릴 시트가 제공 가능하다.
    本发明涉及一种具有吸收紫外线并具有反应器的荧光染料的合成以及制造荧光丙烯酸板材的方法,提供了一种内发光性能大幅提高的荧光丙烯酸板材。本发明所使用的荧光染料不仅与完全吸收410nm以下范围的那酰亚胺类化合物结合,而且还具有与丙烯酸单体和可聚合的反应器结合的能力,因此荧光染料可以以化学结合的形式存在于丙烯酸高聚物链中,从而提供了明显改善色彩变化问题的高耐久性荧光丙烯酸板材。通常,UV吸收剂需要比荧光染料高出10到50倍甚至更多的用量,而在本发明中,由于吸收UV区域的化合物与荧光染料以1:1的比例结合,因此即使减少UV吸收剂的用量,也可以确保出色的内发光特性,同时还可以抑制UV吸收剂的析出或迁移现象,从而提供优质的荧光丙烯酸板材。

    A fluorescent amino poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGOHMA) was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and post-polymerization. PGOHMA has low cytotoxicity and high DNA delivery efficiency.
