  The present invention relates, by way of industrial products, to the 4-alkyl-2-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-phenylmorpholine derivatives of the general formula ##STR1## (in which R is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group) and their addition salts. These products are useful in therapy, especially as stimulants and antidepressants for the CNS.
