  摘要 (±)-顺式-2-氨基-1-茚满醇是在25°C、10% Pd/C催化的氢化条件下从乙醇中的1,2-茚满二酮-2-肟非对映选择性合成的。在相同加氢条件下，茚满环脂肪族或芳香族部分具有一个和/或两个给电子基团的1,2-茚满酮-2-肟及其衍生物非对映选择性还原为外消旋顺式-2-氨基-1-茚满醇衍生品。从 1,2-茚满二酮-1-肟中，在 10% Pd/BaSO 4催化剂上在乙醇中于 25°C 获得(±)-反式-1-氨基-2-茚满醇。相比之下，10% Pd/BaSO 4催化的乙醇加氢反应在 45 °C 下得到顺式-1-hydroxyamino-2-indanol 从 1,2-indanedion-1-oxime，然后还原形成 (±)- cis -1-amino-2-indanol。β-氨基茚满醇的非对映选择性取决于钯催化剂、反应温度和反应介质的 pH 值。
