  本发明涉及一种癸二酸脂肪酸酯的制备方法,属于有机化学中酯类化合物合成技术领域。以癸二酸和一元C10‑13脂肪醇为原料，添加对甲苯磺酸和亚磷酸复合所得的复合催化剂，并升温至130℃～150℃，进行酯化反应3～8小时后，升温至150℃～180℃，真空度≤10mbar，脱醇0.5～2小时；加入吸附剂，吸附处理产品中残留的催化剂，并过滤，即制得癸二酸脂肪醇酯。将本发明用于癸二酸脂肪酸酯的合成，具有酯含量高、色泽浅等优点。
