  本发明公开一种含硫醚和氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子受阻酚抗氧剂及其制备方法与应用。在叔胺类催化剂作用下，双酚单丙烯酸酯类化合物与含有羟基的功能硫醇在30～50℃下发生巯基-烯点击反应，制得含醇羟基和硫醚基团的受阻酚中间体；然后，在二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂作用下，含醇羟基和硫醚基团的受阻酚中间体与有机二异氰酸酯化合物在50～70℃下反应制得一种含硫醚和氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子受阻酚抗氧剂。该大分子抗氧剂具有抗热氧老化性能优异、效能高的特点，可广泛应用于橡胶等材料的防老化。
