Abstract The synthesis of a series of some piperazine derivatives with quinone moiety was carried out in present study. Obtained 2-quinonyl piperazine derivatives were then reacted with some aliphatic or aromatic thiol nucleophiles and new N,S-substituted of 1,4-naphthoquinone synthesized. 摘要 本研究合成了一系列具有醌部分的哌嗪衍生物。然后将获得的2-醌基哌嗪衍生物与一些脂肪族或芳香族硫醇亲核试剂反应并合成新的N,S-取代的1,4-萘醌。通过微量分析和光谱方法,如FT-IR、1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、UV-Vis,阐明了新分子的结构。还进行了质谱和 MS/MS 碎裂研究,并提出了质子化新型哌嗪衍生物的碎裂途径。
