One‐pot cascade annulations among nitrosoarenes, alkenes, and N‐hydroxyallylamines have been achieved with CuCl/O2 catalysts, forming fused oxazinane/isoxazolidine heterocycles with excellent diastereoselectivity (d.r. >20:1). Starting from acylalkylidenetriphenylphosphoranes 1 the corresponding thioacylalkylidenetriphenylphosphoranes 4. have been synthesized via the triflates 3 and converted into the salts 8. Some spectroscopic data of the new compounds are discussed.
