Abstract Methyl N,N-diethyl-N'N'-bis(2-chloroethyl)phosphoramidate was prepared as a precursor for the corresponding phosphordiamidate anion, a model for the phosphoramidate mustard, biologically active degradation product of cyclophosphamide drug.
