Chloramphenicol palmitate 是一种白色或微黄色粉状结晶,熔点为90℃,极微溶于水(28℃时1.05mg/ml),能溶于甲醇、乙醇、氯仿、乙醚和苯。

用途

抗菌素类药物。

生产方法

将α-甲基吡啶及苯加入反应锅中,搅拌下加入氯霉素,保持32-37℃,滴加棕榈酰氯。加毕,继续搅拌4小时后,加入15倍体积的水,析出粗品。经洗涤、脱色和重结晶处理后,即得无味氯霉素。
