制备方法与用途

化学性质
针晶，易溶于乙醇和乙醚。

用途
主要用作棉、粘胶、丝和锦纶织物染色和印花的显色剂。也可作为快色素和其他染料的中间体。

生产方法
由2,5-二氯硝基苯经甲醇和氢氧化钠进行甲氧基化后，蒸出甲醇并用水稀释，再经过沉降分离、硫化钠还原、蒸馏及盐酸成盐反应等步骤制得。具体原料消耗如下：每吨产品需要2,5-二氯硝基苯（工业品）1185千克、甲醇（工业品）337千克、硫化碱（60%浓度）1550千克、烧碱（100%纯度）453千克、盐酸（31%浓度）1200千克以及食盐（工业品）1580千克，同时还需要少量活性炭。
