Diphenylsilanediol reacts with silyl-bis-triflates and triethylamine under formation of polysiloxanes. A series of new modified organosilicon polymers was prepared by use of special substituted triflate derivatives, obtained by protodesilylation of disilanes, carbosilanes and disilylalkines with CF3SO3H.
