超长链酰胺基甜菜碱表面活性剂已成为近来的热门话题,但是亲水头基对聚集行为以及表面活性与增稠能力之间关系的影响却鲜有文献报道。在这项工作中,对亲水基团对Krafft温度(T K),表面活性和氨基磺酸盐芥子基磺酸盐,磺酸盐,羟基磺酸盐或羧酸盐的流变行为的影响进行了比较研究。与磺基甜菜碱相比,羧基甜菜碱的水溶性更高。在磺基甜菜碱的头基上添加羟基可增加水溶性,从而降低T K。出乎意料的是,头基的性质对这些表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度和增稠能力几乎没有影响。填充参数预测验证了蠕虫状胶束的形成,这说明表面活性剂水溶液具有很强的增稠能力。
