Herein, we describe a highly regio‐ and stereoselective radical‐mediated and molecular‐oxygen (O2)‐dependent hydrostannylation of phenyl propargylicalcohols and their derivatives. There is a significant steric effect on the stereoselectivity of the tin‐radical addition.
