6→6-, 6→3-, and g→2-phosphate bridged d -glucose derivatives were prepared by use of selectively protected derivatives and application of a modified phosphoric triester procedure. Specific deblocking of the triesters gave the isomeric (di- d -glucose-6)-hydrogenphosphate, (di- d -glucose-3)-hydrogenphosphate, and (di- d -glucose-2)-hydrogenphosphate.
