    摘要:
    The binding properties of multitopic sugar thiourea receptors toward dicarboxylate and monosaccharide guests have been examined taking glutarate and octyl P-D-glucopyranoside as model ligands. For the anionic hydrogen bond acceptor, both the complex stoichiometry and the association constants (K-as) were found to be strongly dependent on the relative disposition of recognition elements in the host. In contrast, for the glucoside guest a 1:1 stoichiometry was observed in all cases, the K-as values being largely independent of the unbound state provided that geometrically equivalent supramolecular topologies can be achieved.

    3H)-dithione (1) with p-xylylene diisothio-cyanate, reacted with N,N′-dialkyl substituted diamines to give macrocyclic compounds bearing hypervalent sulfur by a ring closure reaction in good yields. These macrocyclic compounds were converted into ring-expanded macrocyclic compounds with release of the hypervalent sulfur by treating with NaBH4 and CF3COOH.

    7a-tetraazacyclopent[cd]indene-1,4(2H,3H)-dithione, prepared from 2,3-dialkyl substituted tetraazapentalene derivatives and p-xylylene diisothiocyanate, reacted with N,N′-dialkyl substituted diamines to give macrocyclic compounds by ring closure in good yields. These macrocyclic compounds were converted into desulfurized macrocyclic compounds by treatment with NaBH4 and CF3COOH.

    <p>Isothiocyanate functional group (-N=C=S) is widely accepted as an important moiety for anti- cancer effects of naturally occurring isothiocyanate compounds (ITCs). Herein, a series of diisothiocyanate (diITCs) derivatives were synthesized and evaluated in antiproliferative assays on A549 human non-small cell lung cancer and IMR90 human foetal lung cell lines for structure-activity relationship (SAR) and cancer cell selectivity studies. Results showed that aliphatic and benzylic diITCs were more cytotoxic to A549 cells than natural ITCs; benzyl isothiocyanate (BITC) and phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC), and a currently available anticancer drug; etoposide. Aromatic diITCs were not as active. Notably, most of the diITCs reported in this work were significantly more selective than etoposide to inhibit proliferation of the cancer cells (A549) over the normal cells (IMR90). This study demonstrated a guideline to modify chemical structures of diITCs for anti-NSCLC agents.</p></sec></div> <div class="value-text
